Architectural Control Committee

Dear Gates Head Neighbor,

Considering an addition to your home, putting on a new roof, erecting a garage, shed or fence? Don't Forget- the Gates Head Architectural Control Committee is required to review your plans and will be happy to do so rapidly.

The Gates Head Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions cover many projects of this kind and the design plans must be pre-approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to construction. Also, All exterior doors and paint colors must conform to traditional colonial styling and colors.

Please remember to submit an approval request before beginning a project. If you have any questions, please contact a member of the Architectural Control Committee which is listed in you Gates Head-Lines Newsletter or elsewhere within this document. Please also remember these covenants are put in place to keep our neighborhood consistent in appearance and one in which you will take pride in being a part of.

Sincerely,
